Syringe Filter units are used for small volume filtration of liquids, gas and other material-specific applications. They are made of extractable free virgin polypropylene housings with female luer lock and male luer slip fittings. Each filter is sealed to ensure that no adhesives can contaminate the samples, which is essential to maintain the sample integrity. These syringe filters are ideal for applications in pharmaceutical, environmental, biotechnology, food, beverage and agricultural testing laboratories.

Hydrophilic Nylon membranes are extremely low in extractables and mechanically very strong. It’s compatible with most solvents, organic and aqueous.
MCE Mixed Cellulose Esters
Mixed cellulose ester (MCE) membrane filters are composed of cellulose acetate and cellulose nitrate. it’s one of the most widely used membranes in analytical and research applications. It’s good for filtration of oil particulate, Alcohol particulate as well as other particulate solvent.
Polyethersulfone (PES) membranes are hydrophilic, it’s low binding to proteins and nucleic acid. Good used in aqueous applications and biological samples. Best choice for protein solution, tissue culture media and its additive filtration. RNase-free, Dnase- free.
Hydrophobic PTFE membranes are chemically resistant to virtually all solvents, acids and bases. Low extraction and has an excellent thermal stability. Good use with aggressive solvents, strong acids, alcohols, bases, aromatics.
Hydrophilic PTFE membranes are a unsupported membrane that ideal for HPLC and mixtures of aqueous and organic solvents. Use with both aqueous and organic solvents, along with their mixtures.
These filters are compatible with our vacuum filtration systems however they can be used it many other 3rd party set ups.

It is not compatible with some organic solvents.
